Rien de tel qu'une belle métaphore pour réfléchir de manière créative sur un sujet. Nothing like a good metaphor for thinking creatively about a topic. Peut-être qu'on va faire un peu d'hypnose pour la confiance en soi, ou faire un peu de méditation pour trouver la paix intérieure. Par contre je crois aux principes de base, qui resteront toujours vrais et qui font que la confiance en soi se construit premièrement en ayant la maturité d'essayer ce qu'on veut essayer, d'échouer et d'apprendre de ses échecs. By cons I think the basic principles which will always remain true and that make the self-confidence is built first by having the maturity to try what you want to try, fail and learn from its failures.
