Models: A precise timetable and esthetics in format Excel

May 24, 2007 GTD, Models, To organize itself

The models are a good way d’ to save time and d’ to avoid the usual traps. In this spirit, I propose aujourd’ to you; today a model d’timetable in Excel format.

A model of malignant timetable for your organization

I l’ conceived with l’ university and since, I n’ did not find better. C’ is a model which combines l’ favour precision and of l’esthetics, while remaining sober and functional. C’ is the kind of model that j’ would have liked to have with the college hold!

The basic elements are already there, it does not remain to you qu’ to add the matters. For that, it special joining d’ Excel, which enables you to stick only the value or working of the cells will be quite useful for you. Let us note that this model is organized in 10 minute old sections. If you prefer the precision with the quarter d’ hour, it will have to be altered a little. At this time there, be sympathetic: send to me the result and I will put on line the 2 formats!

For a good calendar in version 15 min, the Mac users are spoil: iCal is rather good tool.

Cordialement
