Sebastien Night: Then do Inner Range, you speak about self-confidence?

Argancel: I.e. how one will prepare psychologically to have the effects which one wants. Perhaps that one will do a little hypnosis for the self-confidence, or will do a little meditation to find peace interior. Are you the lawyer of certain techniques which function better than of others, than you tested yourself and than you like to apply?

Sebastien Night: I do not believe in the techniques, in a general way. Therefore there is no technique in my method of seduction. On the other hand I believe in basic principles, which will remain always true and which makes that the self-confidence is built firstly by having maturity to test what one wants to test, fail and learn from its failures.

Organization and management of time

52. You concentrate on the most profitable tasks: your time is invaluable, then concentrate it on the tasks which bring back the most benefit to you. 3 weeks ago, I initiated a collaboratif project aiming at creating a list of the French-speaking blogs on the personal development. The principle: to quote all the blogs which you know on the subject in the comments of the article. You were numerous to take part and it seems that one to date joined together a list representative of the blogs of the community.

Here which was my manner of proceeding to join together this list:

• For each site soumi, I initially checked that the site is well a blog. For example, the sites which do not contain that some static pages to present the activity of a coach under development personal were not retained.
• I also checked that the topic of the blog was suitable. It is not an easy task because like says it Laurent, each one has his own definition of the personal development. What is certain, it is that one waits of a blog on the personal development to provide us councils and not only facts. The topic must also approach one of the fields of the personal development.
• For each blog, I then recovered the name of the author and his coordinates in order to make contact and speak a little about the project (for those which I did not contact yet, you can write to me on argancel [with] ceclair.fr).
• Lastly, via the blogolists or the comments, I tried to find others blogs in relation to the personal development.

Here a list very sympathetic nerve of councils to the originators of software found on the site The Great List Software.

The majority of the points are especially valid for the independent developers which develop commercial applications general public. But the majority are applicable also to other fields:

1.a. be prepared to lose, and do not think that you must be number 1 to gain. Success take time.

B. Take time to study competition in an exhaustive way before writing only one line of code. Locate the problems on which they concentrate, and find their defects and gaps.

C. Develop applications which you use regularly. If you use your own software each day, you will be likely much more to build a robust software. Otherwise, the majority of the developers have tendency to very quickly being unaware of or �ventuellent to sabotage their creations.

D. Keep sufficient energy to make the promotion of your software.
